Ascher Databook Notes:
- Construction note: The B main cord is extended by a W main cord. The W main cord is formed into a large loop by being passed through its own twisted end. It has also been passed through the twisted end of the B main cord so that it dangles from the end of the B cord.\
- This is one of several khipus acquired by the Museum in 1907 with provenance Ica. For a list of these khipus, see UR1100.
- UR1161 and UR1162B are designated by the same Museum number. The main cord of UR1161 is looped in the same way as is the W main cord of UR1162B
